– You can cancel the appointment within 24 hours from the date of payment by contacting our customer service
– The value of the statement will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of submitting the cancellation request
– In the case of paying with a foreign bank card from outside Egypt, the value of the statement cannot be refunded.
